It’s small enough that it fits in your hand comfortably. The design makes it easy enough to dissemble and clean thoroughly. It definitely makes your lungs work harder. I would purchase again since it’s decently priced and works like it should.

I bought this for my other half. She suffers from copd and has constant flem issues. She said this device has help with that a lot and was glad that I got it for her.

Not sure why others are complaining. Mine vibrates fine. It has held up fine many months later. There are zero issues I've had with it tbh. It comes with extra filters and different size bearings. Sounds like user errors moreso than a design flaw.

The item works but the quality does not last.... I spent 38.00 and used for maybe a month and the main piece where the mouth piece goes in has fracture cracks all around it and now has a large crack making unusable . Very disappointed to say the least... I will be looking for something similar but would not recommend this one due to quality.....

Good instructions but could use more information about how to choose the size ball to start with. Didn’t notice much vibration until I got to the largest ball. Good exercise.
