Works great! I like the different size balls to modify the exercise, but I think the medium ball works the best.

I’ve been using this device(daily) for a few months now and the results have been great! I don’t think I’ve ever been able to breathe better. I don’t expect that I’ll have to buy a new one anytime soon, but if I lose or break it I’ll buy this exact one again.
