It Saved my Animals - Despite the Odds!!
This device is a miracle machine! We recently moved to Arkansas. Our pen of Rams (sheep), were forced to live deep in the woods, in a ravine, far away from the house, in coyote/bobcat infested woods. This was literally as good of odds as one of the Mission Impossible films. They should’ve been doomed. But, I had zero options at the time.Planting this device next to their pen worked phenomenally! It flashes like a cop car light, all night long! It actually hurts your eyes to catch a blast of it.While we stayed in the woods, Coyotes would howl all night. I only had to venture out there with a light on one particularly bad night, simply because of my own worries.Needless to say, not one of my animals lost their bacon under the watch of this device! I owe this little devil a ton of money that’s tied up in the value of our animals. It saved the day, figuratively. It only runs at night.Anyway. I’d recommend this product highly! The alternating lights and the 360deg beacon seemed to do just the trick! This thing seems a little expensive, but it’s got a lot of value IMO.

Works good for a while...
My Foxlight worked good for about 8 months. noticed it had gone dark one night assumed it was the battery. Went out a few days later to change the battery only find it was full of water??? The top clear cap was tight as well as the lower battery cap so I assumed it had a crack in the clear cap because there was quite a bit of water I could see through the clear cap? I took it inside and took it apart only to find nothing cracked on the cap or the housing??I contacted the manufacturer and got this response:I am sorry to hear of your light failure. This would have been caused by water getting on the power board and corroding the electronics. The water would have got in by condensation being drawn past the cap seal by it not being on tight enough. The importance of this being screwed on firm hand tight is stated clearly on instructions along with the point that the warranty is void if water is aloud to enter the unit. Replacement power boards are easily fitted and can be purchased through one of my retailers in the States at a cost of app $30.00. Her contact details are:-Im a strong guy so In my opinion I do not think the seals are working properly because I had them tight!

Works so far!
I live on 5 acres and had some problems with at least seven coyotes! Most of them stayed off because I had a deer fence up around my entire property, however one or two were persistent and entered at least 4 times a day. I have two smaller dogs and I was getting worried, so I purchased two of these items to see if they would work. So far, it is good, no coyotes even during the day or the evening! They say you only need one, but I will rather be safer than sorry! No more blood no more cries from other animals (getting killed) at night. What a blessing this is!I have to say that the opossum has come, as well as the skunk, and the raccoon for the bird feeder droppings. I do not mind having them because they keep my bird feeder clean. If you want to keep them away, just put it so that they can see it in front of a chicken coupe or other animal area. My bird feeder is blocked by a tree right now so they really can not see the lights. I will move it after winter. This is worth the money and if you have pests, it works! Customer service was excellent when I contacted them before purchasing it. Good luck with the humane way of getting rid of animals!

it's not a bright light
I like that it is a flashing light of several colors, the reviews indicated it helps keep preditors away - I am in a suburb but coyotes are everywhere. I still stand at the door and watch my medium sized dog do her business at night, but I'm not so anxious that I'm outside freezing with a high powered flashlight on alert for coyotes, we also have a large dog, she wasn't annoyed by the flashing light once she realized it was there to stay. I was hoping it would keep rabbits and squirrels safe from my dogs - but no. The battery is lasting a good long time. I keep expecting it to dim and die, but it hasn't

Doesn't work for mountain lions.
I have three Foxlights. The lamps worked wonderfully against the coyote packs, keeping them and their nightly howling at a distance. Then a mountain lion moved into our area. The cat would hunt, kill, and dine on sheep directly under the flashing lamps. I now have 2 livestock guardian dogs.

Great product and did what it claims! No more killing of the bunnies by the foxes.
I really was sure I spent money on some hair brain thing. Strobing lights? Nothing like it on the internet. I called animal control for help, I looked up for help from farmers. No one could help me with the attacks at my home. I am a vegetarian who had to listen to animals scream every night out side my bedroom window screaming when being attacked. It was a living horror show. I tried sprays, I tried sitting up all night and was at my wits end. I bought this out of last resort. My god it works!! The first night, the first battery. I hung it on a small garden pole in middle of the yard. My neighbors called me to ask what it was. They were surprised too. I do move it's location about every 2 weeks. I have to say THANK YOU! I sleep again, no more horror show and I am very thankful. It really works. I do recommend getting 2 of them if a big yard. I was worried my neighbors not like flashing lights but they like seeing the wildlife running around better. Don't wait like me get one of these. The batteries do last a long time. I change 2 times in a year not sure if that is normal or not? But I am impressed.
