A new staple supplement
I’ve always been consistent with diet and exercise in addition to competing in strongman, powerlifting and soon Olympic weightlifting. About 4 months ago I added HMB to my supplement regime (1000mg x3 per day) after researching it. I noticed better recovery and gains in lean muscle mass over this period of time not to mention increases in strength. HMB is now a staple supplement for me and will be going forward. Proof is at the Gym
Im 66 yo guy. Started taking this and started noticing decent strength gains . Had been stuck at Bench work out weight for 3 sets of 10 at 185 lbs (thats my body weight). After taking this for a couple weeks its gone up to 230 lbs (3 sets of 7-10) on flat bench and incline went from 135 lbs to 165 lbs. then I hurt my back doing a clean out loading a 30 yard dumpster by myself so i stopped taking any thing but anti inflammatory drugs for a couple weeks. when i went back to the gym was back to original lower weight. After 2 weeks back on HMB gains came right back. Plus u recover much faster from workouts.
