Great phone
Love these phones. First set I bought 10 years ago and takes a massive beating at a high volume business.

Excellent experience, Customer Service, and really happy with the unit.
I wanted to replace my two line phone unit for home and business with an more up to date unit. During my research I came across this model. I've had good experiences previously with AT&T and I liked the blue tooth capability so I can talk on my cell while I'm at my desk using my wireless headset. Its really efficient given my two phones lines I already have at the house. I can also access all the lineds through the wireless handset so I only need to carry the handset with me around the house if I want and leave the cell phone at the desk or recharging while roaming the house and still be able to dial and receive calls. The sound quality is very good and I was actually a little surprised. I think I was preparing myself to experience a trade off with degraded sound quality for the convenience but everything worked great. I was happily disappointed.I did contact customer service as I was having a problem with getting the handset's 2.5mm audio jack to work with my wired headset. I wasn't able to get the audio plug to "seat" into the port (or so I thought at the time). After working with a different wired headsets that I used with my previous phone system (that was also a 2.5mm plug) and it worked fine I thought there was a problem with the new handset plug. I called customer service and talked to a nice person in tech support. Since it was a hardware problem there was limited setup issues that could be the problem so AT&T sent me a return label and sent out another unit right away. I thought they could just send another handset to pair with the base unit but they had to send an complete new unit. The handset and base unit are evidently tied (master/slave) together from what I could tell. Realized after getting the same issue with the new unit that I was a little frustrated and pushed the plug in with more force than what I'm used to and found that the plug went in further and finally seated appropriately. The sound works very well through the handset now and works grate. I had no issues with the return, I got the features I was looking for which all work. I don't have anything specific that I can think of that's a detractor at this point so I gave it 5 stars.I did order a Plantronics wireless headset to work with the phone when I couldn't get the wired headset to work the way I was expecting and really needed to be mobile. The wireless headset works great with the phone so I ended up keeping that as well. Very handy to walk while talking and not have to have the handset in tow. I can only answer, mute, and hang up one line at a time. I can't change lines on the wireless if another call comes in while I'm on a line already. The sound quality is very good.

Great but need a land line to use answering service
We cut the line of landline and are using this to duplicate having the ability to answer portable phones through out the house. With a two story house, the cellphone was always on wrong floor this machine and 6 cordless TL86013 (Connect to cell) handsets solved the problem. It works fine, and it runs 6 portable phones through out the house.. It appears you must buy the portable phones that are made to go with this unit. It appears well made so I am hoping it will last. However, we wasted a lot of time trying to set up answering service to work with cellphone. The advertisement says the answering machine works with 2 lines (landlines) and two cellphones. It was not clear that without a landline, you would not be able to use the answering machine which is why I rated it a 4 rather than a 5.

Good full featured 2 line speakerphone with extras
I bought this phone as a spare for when the one I am currently using (exact same model) wears out.It has so many features and is well suited for work-at-home or a small office. There's a reason this phone has been in AT&T's line for many years. . . because it offers a lot of features for the money. On my phone, I use Line 1 as a standard landline. Line 2 is a Magic Jack phone line. Plus, I have my i-phone cell hooked up via the phone's bluetooth system. So, the phone rings even if my cellphone is in another nearby room. There are provisions to add an additional cellphone or a wireless headset.About the only significant feature it does not have is call blocker. But I just turn down the ringer sound when I am working, to prevent robocall interruptions. Pressing and holding the # QUIET button and then keying in 1-12 hours also silences the ringer for a predetermined amount of time. There are two separate answering machines for the two wired lines. Each can be switched on or off independantly.I could get along without a corded phone but just like having one at my desk. I use the cordless handheld unit (one provided) in my bedroom.I also have directories of phone numbers stored in the phone's memory. My Apple I-phones (a 4s and an SE) have no problems pairing with it or uploading my I-phone contacts. Sometimes, it is just nice to have a directory of phone numbers for when you want to make a quick call and your cellphone is not handyThere is even a data port under the phone, which I use to connect my old style fax modem, that I still use occasionally. This is one of those feature packed products where they've thought of almost everything. The silver colored front panel looks nice and matches the cabinet of my Mac mini computer. These are available from various sources as reconditioned. But the price for the new ones is so low that it makes more sense to just buy a new one.
