Good
I like this product but sometimes Amazon ships product that expires in one month.It’s great texture and tastes a bit bitter but if you add salt and oil or a protein powder and make pancakes it’s good to go. Has good bake ability because it formes well but I add sprouted ground flaxseed for things like pancakes and a little protein powder for sponginess
