Does the job it's designed to do

I was having a dreadful attack of the fungi ... you know, the wicked little creature shown on that TV ad ... and the doctor recommended this powder. I used a prescription cream with the powder on top until the attack was nearly gone. Thereafter, used the powder alone. It is holding the problem at bay, whereas creams alone do not dry up the affected area. I put it into a bath powder container, and use a puff to apply it. Works wonders. Quite expensive in the local stores, and not every one carries it. Amazon provided a 6-pack at a much lower cost than individual purchases. I highly recommend it when creams fail (also, the powder puff administration method).Aug 2012 update: Still using this, still using a puff for application. My doctor added a recommendation: use the clinical strength antiperspirant (20%). I apply a stick antiperspirant before bedtime; and powder affected areas in the morning. Ever since - no further trace of any fungal activity.

This stuff manages any type of area that gets sweaty. Treats skin fungus and yeast under breasts, tummy, crotch area. Any irritation disappears within 24/48 hours. Wonder how I lived without it for so many years.

Plain Zeasorb is has long been the dermatologist preferred product for keeping feet and groin areas dry. That product is still available but is also in Zeasorb Super Absorbent Powder Antifungal. The antifungal agent is a superior medication for eradicating fungus infections ("athlete's foot" and infection in the groin ("jock itch"). And because moisture makes the problem worse, the bonus is the drying effect of the powder itself. (In addition, the usual rule applies: dry the areas thoroughly before applying the powder.) For really stubborn problems, also consider a small hair dryer (travel size) for additional drying especially in the groin.
