This is a life changing knife for me. Really, because I used to hate chopping before. It was the part of cooking I used to outsource to the house cook help or my husband when really desperate.Now I know why I hated chopping. Because with most knives at home, the handle and the sharp edge of the knife would be on the same plane. And I could not chop fast or easily. Here with the sharp edge much lower, I can grip the knife like a pro and cut vegetables all the way through (on a wooden chopping board), with the claw grip technique, thereby ensuring that I only chop the veggies and not my fingers.This is the perfect chopping knife for me! It is not as big as a chef's knife. And is not small like the regular knives we have in Indian households.My husband thinks that my new found love for chopping will quickly fade away. I beg to differ :)

Very sharp and using this one from last couple of months. Chops all the vegetables effortlessly. Only thing I dislike is, when we chop the veggies, it is not moving out from the other surface of knife. Where as serrated knives won’t be having this issue.

As a professional chef knife is perfect as i personally needed.... Blade is not too thik.. Tip is super shapr. Handel is very comfortable coz of rubber grip i can use even when my hand is wet.. Cartini company done a grate job...
