This item is useless for the home installer as Pyronix will not supply technical help at all. It will only deal with professional installers. So be very afraid if you think you can install this yourself as you are denied access to manuals that are not included and technical support Uk will not help you. It should not be sold without informing the buyer os these facts. CAVEAT EMPTOR.This is what Pyronix have sent me.Hi John,As discussed on our call, we are unable to supply programming and install information/manuals to end users. As our primary customer base is the professional security install industry, our products are sold to authorised Distributors in the wholesale security and electronics market, who sell onto professional security engineers, whom then sell on to end users/home or business owners with a professional install.Our products are not designed and manufactured for the DIY market. We would never advise purchasing our products from third party resellers such as Amazon as they will not come with our warranty and may be second hand as we are not part of this supply chain. Apologies we cannot assist further.
