Great product! Great value!
Great value for the money. 22 inch size is good for cooking enough at one time. The textured surface is nice also. Easy clean up. Cooks evenly across surface.

Great for a big family or bulk cooking.
There are sometimes 5 of us at home, depending on college schedules, so having maximum space on a griddle is key. This one heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean. It is lightweight, but also sturdy. You can fit a lot of pancakes, grilled cheese, or sausage patties on this.I was looking for the largest one on the market -- if this isn't the largest, it's close.

Needed a large electric griddle for our family and this one works great!
We needed a larger griddle for our family and that could be used at church as well. I chose this because I've had Presto products for decades. This griddle is BIG! Makes 8 pancakes at once and have also used it for fried and scrambled eggs. My only complaint is that after about a year, you can definitely see where the heating element is and how pancakes cook quicker and better where the element is. Otherwise, it's a nice griddle for the price.

Great griddle
Great griddle. You can put a lot of things on it because it’s large. Nothing sticks and is easy to clean.

Very impressed
I've been using an old panini press/grill to make b'fast for many years. It does the job but.... it was definitely time for an upgrade. This grill has great reviews including videos explaining every little feature. The price was definitely right so I pulled the trigger. As others have said, this thing heats up FAST! And it cooks FAST! My old rig took forever to get hot and took a long time to actually cook something. This thing is so fast that it's difficult to get everything else together before it's done.Comments: Yes, the surface is non-stick and VERY easy to clean with just a sponge and soapy water. But for eggs you do want to spray the surface with Pam or something.Handle come off easily and the grill stores away nicely even though I use it almost every day so I should probably just leave it out.I'm still fooling around with the temp settings. The manual says 300 degrees for eggs and that's WAAAAY too high. 225 seems to be a much better temp and I may turn it down a bit more. Bacon cooks VERY quickly even at that low setting. Haven't used it to make pancakes yet but pancakes are the main reason for this purchase. Need an electric grill? This is the one you want!

Best griddle I’ve ever owned! VERY non-stick!
This is my third electric griddle I’ve owned in my life. They tend to last 10-12 years.I bought this based on other Amazon reviews, particularly one where the owner uses them commercially. They said it is VERY non-stick despite the textured surface. They were right-this is one slick griddle! My wife has mildly complained it is “too slippery” as she has difficulty getting a spatula under pancakes because the pancake slides away instead of sticking enough when the spatula presses on an edge. 🙂I’ve had it for about three months and can highly recommend it. My only quibble is while the griddle’s build quality is very high, they must have let an intern design how the grease catcher attaches to the griddle. Simply put, it’s sloppy. Don’t let that detract from the griddle itself.NOTE: To those who never read the manual on such simple equipment, they do state not to use any spray oil on the griddle or it will lose its non-stick properties. I’m following the directions… for once. 🙃

no stick that's really slick
There is a plethora of electric griddle out there, but how do you chose which one? Go with the brand name? Go with the country of manufacture? Buy one like your mother has? I wanted the biggest one I could find, so I went with Presto's new griddle and having used it several times now I am quite please with it. What do I like about it? First off, the griddle is light weight, and heats quickly and evenly. Using my laser temperature sensor I divided the griddle into 12 sections and took the temperature in the center of each section... the temperature of each square was within plus or minus 1/2 a degree Fahrenheit with each of the other squares. And no stick? I've had to learn a new trick scooping what I'm cooking up to plate what I've finished frying; you have to quickly scoop whatever you are frying up with your spatula; if you scoop slowly you end up just pushing your food sideways on the griddle. And cleaning it is really easy, just unplug the cord from the griddle, remove the drip pan and legs, and a quick wash and rinse and you're done. I'm able to cook our sausages, eggs and pancakes or French toast all at once, no longer having to cook everything in courses. I like it.
