Learning Japanese, or any new language as an adult, can be very overwhelming. I have decided that as I get older, I want to try new things and broaden my intellectual capabilities. Learning new languages is high on my list of priorities. Japanese has always fascinated me and I plan to travel to Japan in the coming years. I thought this workbook would be a good place to start to familiarize myself with the language and start my learning process. I found this to be a good decision. It is a comprehensive approach which not only focuses on the denotations of the words and usage, but also the written aspect as well. I also liked that it is a bundle and all the resources I need are in one place. Overall, I recommend this if you are trying to learn Japanese!

Breaks down and explains the language in a beginner level. Starts off with explanation then gets into full in the blanks, questions, examples, just like a workbook. I like it a lot and have been diving into the world the book offers.

This is my first japanese workbook and I'm loving it so far. I really enjoy learning languages and consume a lot of content in different languages, including japanese, so I was not completely oblivious to it. Although realistically it is difficult to learn a language in such a short period of time, what I'm learning is truly helpful and the perfect step into the ladder that is language learning. The collection is greatly structured to build your skills step-by-step. The inclusion of Japanese short stories is my favorite part as it adds some additional cultural depth.Overall, this was an outstanding collection and great learning resource for fast track japanese.
