Pyrex3-Cup Rectangle Food Storage (Pack of 4 Containers)

These containers are perfect for bulk preparing meals for lunches or dinners. 3 Cups is perfectly reasonable for a protein, vegetable, and starch to fit in equal quantities. They refrigerate and microwave well. The lids should be kept on the top shelf of dishwashers to stop them from deforming or degrading. Other than that, cleaning couldn't be simpler. These are durable enough; none of mine have broken. I've purchased many of these and would happily purchase more.

My wife and I have ordered World Kitchen Pyrex Food Storage containers in many different sizes and shapes. Each has a different purpose depending on what food and portion size we want to store. The quality of these containers is consistently good and we highly recommend them. We feel the Pyrex glass containers are a good healthy option for storing and reheating food of all types. They are convenient too and each size will stack with others of the same size our cabinets. We also like being able to see what food is stored inside as they sit in our refrigerator.There are some reviews that report the lids are not tight fitting. I'm not sure what type of seal should be expected but lids on all our various sizes fit fine and are perfectly acceptable for storing food and taking it in and out of the refrigerator and freezer. These lids might leak if the container is full of liquid and you throw them into a lunch bag and bounce them around. Other than that, the fit seems good to us.We own Pyrex containers in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 &11 cup sizes with some rectangular and some round shapes. We recommend them all in terms of quality and functionality. It's up to your own personal preference as to the sizes and shapes that work best for you.

The only drawback is that the lids don't last long if you freeze your meals and keep the lid on in the microwave. I've been having to buy lots of replacement lids.Love the glass container as there's no plastic getting microwaved into my food.To make the lids last longer I have been hand washing them and not letting them be in the microwave. Unfortunately I so still have to freeze some of my meals and I think this does damage the plastic lids over time.

I really like the compact, shallow shape of these 3 cup Pyrex containers. They're perfect for storing a single serving in the fridge. However, the lids on these rectangular containers are not that airtight. I would not use them for longer term freezer storage or in a location where I'm concerned about meal bugs getting in. They are not leak-proof. It's somewhat disappointing because you'd think that Pyrex would have a better seal. Their round containers seal better. The red color is also very bright and vivid. I preferred the more subdued red that they once used. They do offer many other lid colors but most of those options are much more expensive for some reason.

It’s not super heavy and the glass isn’t too thick but still good quality. This is the perfect size for a good meal prep, we fit bout 1/2-1 cup of ground beef, 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2-1cup of broccoli in one for instance. We don’t care for partitions and just want something easy. Great price too.

Practical storage and glass is always better than plastic!

Duh. Live and learn. An avid user of plastic Glad and Hefty tubs for decades, I got worried about the chemical leakage. Bought a set of these Pyrex 3-Cup for my son last Christmas and he loves 'em! So I bought this set for us. The containers are heavier than I'm used to, but wow, they work well. Perfect size for frozen lunches. Actually, each holds a little too much food for just me, but for hubby they're great. Cleans nice n easy too. Aces!

As you know Pyrex has always been you of the best! I love it.
