I didn’t believe a vibrating plate could be helpful at all. My core was so weak I felt my insides were shaking to the point it was uncomfortable so you have to tighten your core to help with the feeling but after two weeks it was better and one month in my core was so much stronger I was amazed. The beginning feeling was gone and I also noticed so weight loss. I did cut back on portion sizes but still ate whatever I wanted. This vibrating plate is good quality material. I love the variety of levels, has a remote control. The only thing I’m not happy with is if I stop it to go to the bathroom because it’s going to shake everything loose in the intestines, so if you suffer from constipation this thing is perfect for you too, the timer starts over instead of starting back from where you paused it. Not a complete deal breaker because I can set it back to the time I stopped if I remembered to look before I paused it. Other than that I am very happy I took the chance and purchased this plate. My core and leg muscles are back!

I gave this a try because of all the hype and its amazing!! I wanted something to energize me pre workout and post workout and it does that and more! I was hesitant because of an old ankle and knee injury but in a few short months it's helped rehabilitate both. My husband even commented on his improved circulation, less leg numbness and cramping too. My kids even hop on for fun and it's amazing!! Give it a try!

Best $70 bucks I've spent. This bad boy actually delivers! I work in sports medicine so I'm not stranger to these plates but I will say I was unsure you could find a decent one with a over 300 lb weight limit for under 100 & this lil big gym was dropped in my lap & I can put my big guys on it with no problem as it held me at 306 with no problem & in 1 use my meniscus pain has significantly decreased, test out 5mins setting on side of bed, was able to get up and walk around without the excruciating pain, I opted not to do surgery to repair. I then did just 10mins standing on level 1 & had zero pain overnight and had minimal to almost no pain for the remainder of the day was able to hit the gym & do my pt aqua therapy exercises without limitations or stiffness or instability, my legs and low back feel stronger 24hrs later, I'll report back in 90days & let yall know how it holds up over time with me and my healthletes! If you are sedentary, or have muscle pain, limited ROM, lymph drainage issues or poor circulation GET This. Prevention is supreme to cures!!!

This vibration plate is quality! As a woman currently on the heavy side, this product meets all weight requirements. Plate is comfortable to stand on and is sturdy. Stays in place with attached suction cups. I use it on tile floor. Absolutely no issue. Not heavy to pack up and move it out of area. It's comfortable, remote control is great, and the workout regime in manual is well done. If you've never used one, it helps you build up to times and levels. Very helpful. Straps and bands included are quality products. Absolutely recommend. It helps with my circulation, muscle fatigue after being on my feet all day, and I noticed a difference in clothes fitting when used regularly. I've had a couple family members buy one after I told them about it. They love it as well.

I wasn’t a 100% on this product and how it’s supposed to help you. But I gave it a try, found I liked it. When I don’t have a long time to work out I turn it on, stand or squat on it and do my arm workout, or do planks while using it. sometimes I use it to help circulation by just standing or sitting on a chair with my feet on it. It’s easy to work ( after reading the instructions and playing around with it), light weight, moveable. It’s durable so far, we have had it for a few months now. The therapist side of me wishes it had an easier layout and more explanation of what setting to help with what, or what may be best for you. But the price and everything included was a good buy

I received this vibration plate on May 24th, and as of today, I'm pleased with the progress I've made with it. My body feels more toned than it did when I started. I can't tell if I lost any weight because I didn't weigh myself before using it. For those with physical limitations, PCO or hormonal issues, the plate would be great to help kick-off weight management. I plan on adding strength training to get more body definition.

This is a game changer. My mobility has improved and the dimples on my legs are gone! I do it for 10 minutes a day and have noticed huge improvement in just a month.

This has been a great item. I use it to relax as well as build muscle. It's easy to use and I can tell in the tone of my muscles that it is working! The accessories that came with it are great and have helped add difficulty. The manual is also helpful.
