Really works instantly
This is brilliant and works straightway but don't buy the small size as doesn't last long. Much better to use the larger size which lasts a lot longer.

This stuff felt like I had sat on a fire! burned my bits and made me sore worse than before! Reading reviews on another website made me realise I wasn't the only one this happened to.went back to the original cream and wish I'd done that in the first place.
