Don't Buy. It has charging and connecting issues
Literally the worst product ever.I brought this earbud on EMI & as soon as EMI completed.1. It start showing two different devices for both two buds.Only one earbud is connecting at a time, means both the earbuds has unpaired.2. Charging issues has started just 3 months after buying.I need to keep pressed one bud for charging even if it fits at both the pins properly.3. Reset functionality also not working for pairing both buds together.

Best for bgmi..and another game lovers..
Use from last 2 year it's work properly...Perfect bass boost mode. And if u r bgmi lover u experience better in 360 gaming mode..it's have 3 modes. Value for money product. Mic was ok but while drive motorcycle it's not have noise cancelling features

Product is good with 3 Equalizer modes and the pairing is truely faster. Worth for the money and Design is wonderful, Voice clarity is good with noise cancellation, light weight hence should be careful while handing.

Disappointed – Constant Mode Switching & Charging Issues
I was a happy user of Truke Buds S1 and decided to stay loyal to the brand, but the BTG Ultra has been a disappointing upgrade.Issues I faced:Uncontrollable Mode Switching: The earbuds randomly switch between Beast Mode, 360° Mode, etc., in an endless loop even when I'm not touching them. This happens during playback or even when idle, and it only stops when I put the earbuds back in the case and re-wear them. Extremely frustrating!Left Bud Charging Problem: The left earbud doesn't charge properly unless I open the case and manually adjust its position every time. If I just close the case normally, it won’t charge at all.Poor Battery Backup: Compared to my old Truke Buds S1, these barely last 3 days with average use. A major downgrade in battery performance.Truke really needs to improve quality control and firmware on this model. It’s not worth the trouble despite the sound being decent when it actually works.
