It is comfortable but I think I expected a little more support to my head and neck

I suffer from chronic tension head aches and insomnia. I have tried every pillow out there. Usually steer away from memory foam, since I have found them too hard. This is the best pillow I have ever used! I am petite and most pillows like this are too thick and raise my head uncomfortably high. This has the perfect low profile and even better, has different nights on each side. It works for every sleeping position I try and I have not slept better! Bonus, the cover is removable and washable! Fantastic!!

I love this pillow! It cradles your head and def helps with neck pains. I use it with my MedCline pillow (I have issues!) instead of the body pillow that comes with it and several other pillows for other support, but this is thee one I use for my head. (I tried others, such as a feather pillow, Coop (which I think is great if you don't have issues...I use it still, but for other support), and My Pillow...yuck) The cover is starting to pill a bit, but I use a razor on it and it helps. Easy to unsnap and wash and hang dry.

This pillow is too sift & squishy. As soon as you lay your head on it, it goes flat to the mattress. If your a very thin person, this might be alright. I am not a thin person, and this did not offer enough support for my neck, and I sent it back. And yes, I took it out of its wrap and let it fill out for several days

UPDATE. after 4 months of use, my pillow has gone flat. Like overnight. Really flat. I'm really sad because it was a nice pillow but it is scary that it flattened after careful use and so quickly.wish I had bought it sooner. I have a long history of neck pain. No problem adjusting to this pillow. It has helped with the pain. It is sooo soft and luxurious. It makes me feel stable and secure. I believe i sleep longer. Go for it. No smell, no heat, worth the bucks.

This pillow is a gamer changer. I have tried many pillows. I found my dream. Soft but supportive. I have no pain so i cannot speak to that, but at 65 I definitely need great restt and PILLOWS play a large part. Dont delay, get it 👍🏻

I snore badly...so I've been told. Tried a CPAP, can't wear that thing. Was desperate so I tried this pillow. It works probably 80-90% of the time, I will still snore on occasion but NOTHING like before. I made my fiancée very happy. Good quality, good firmness so my head doesn't sink too bad. Like the cooling gel. Glad I tried it out.
