It works on my nails
Tastes really good and my nails respond quickly to this supplement. They grow much faster and are definitely stronger.

I like the fact that it does not have an after taste. Although I haven’t been taking this for too long, I think it’s long enough for me to notice a change in my nail, my skin and my out of control hair- need a hair cut- again😀
