Open package, put in some batteries and go. It’s that easy and worked instantly. Is the quality feel the same as the original no, is it half the price, yes, does it work better the piece of garbage original I keep replacing for double then price…yes. This remote was ready to use. All I had to do is install batteries. No set up at all. Functionality is 100%. Highly recommend if you need a replacement remote.

Works as advertised replacing a lost remote for an old Panasonic Sound System. Also used it for the TV the sound system is supporting. As others have said, you must hit the TV button to control TV. If you want to control in my case the sound system, I have to hit the Audio button to switch the remote over. For me this is is a big deal. Was very easy to set up!

It’s a good replacement remote for our Samsung TV. Definitely feels cheaper than the factory supplied one. The quick access button for Disney + doesn’t work on our TV, but the Netflix and Hulu function properly. Not bad for the price.

First off its a great simple remote. I like how robust it feels, more durable. It's a little slimmer than some other replacement remotes are. The shortcut buttons are awesome, all but one of them. The Disney button does not work. But that's OK in the larger overall assessment of the remote. I would give the product a solid 4¾ 🌟 stars.I'm sure the reason the Disney button does work is whatever OS it's using.
