Very Clever
Excellent product. I haven't done chin ups since forever. And at first I could barely manage one. Now I can do six.But I can manage 20 assisted chin ups.I like it.

Lose on frame
The left one is super tight and works great. The right one does not get tight gets wobbly and it falls off the door frame when in use. Is it possible just to replace one. Thanks.

Depends on the door frame
I used mine to be the top anchor of a pull down exercise with the rubber bands. Not sure if the door frame trim would carry a heavy person or even a large man, you might need a free standing bar.

Received defective on one side.
Received defective. One side definitely defective. other side was WORK to attach and once up kinda shaky and not feeling secure enough for me to trust holing me up.
