Amazing piece of technology coupled with excellent customer service.This unit has surpassed my expectation and is so very useful.I had a problem with the original unit where it did not change via DC properly. Fossibot collected the unit and returned a new one to me in three days. Exceptional customer service, they really tried their best to make sure I was a content customer.As for the unit is it so flexible and able to power whatever I ask it to. It charges very quickly and silently delivers power when required.Although just over 20kg, the sturdy handles make it relatively easy to move around.All of the cables required to charge the unit are included in a clever compartment on top of the unit. (Check the polarity of your solar panels if not using Fossibots own SP200 panels)I would and have recommended the F2400 to friends.

Great product can well recommend it, lots of goods features, battery works well and quick recharge times along with its fair price makes this a great unit. I previously had an Alpowers Monster, with the same powered rating, but found that within a few months, it went from lasting 5 hours, to 2 running the exact same appliances, and then cut out altogether. Annoying for a £1000 machine, and customer service just ghosted me, so don't even bother with Alpowers if they're on your shortlist.This little thing has been an absolute start tough. Ive been using it for the same appliances for a few months, and it s lasting around 15 hours, which is triple the Alpowers at its best!I love the battery. Love the candle storage. Love everything. I don't understand why people aren't talking about Fossibot, but it's great. Highly recommended.

It came quickly in two days. Well boxed. Runs quietly in use charging needs about 10 to 15 watts to start but then runs okay even on a cloudy day. The app is easy to get but you only get 60 seconds get the code from your email and put it in. A part from that it is all good. So far.

I’ve recently brought one of these fossibot solar generators and I’m very impressed. The generator arrived on 28% I then charged it to 100% in just over an hour . I’ve since used it on a weekend away vamping/camping. Which it was perfect for I used it for my mini fridge, laptop, lights, air pump, kettle, phone and even for my projector. I love the fact I can alter the wattage as it’s very practical for saving charge. One charge of the generator lasted a surprising amount of time. I’m yet to get solar panels but I’m sure it’ll be a quality system once I can charge and use it at the same time.

Great spec - high power capacity, fast charging, multiple ports, quiet fans. One of main points for me is you can adjust the input wattage from 300 to 1100w as desired. Minor faff in that you have to remember to open fan-vents (but as it;s in a semi-static location, just left open all the time). Recommended.Update - so good (ideal for our off-grid setup), decided to get another one (also 10% off in promo). Bit cheesed off that within a couple of days it then went 15% off (ie. could have got it for £40 cheaper :-(

EDIT:Ongoing issues since day of purchase. For example, currently only operating with just one domestic motion sensor security light, night time limited use only. The system loses power very quickly using just this one light and it is not possible to power anything else at the same time.Electric shocks have been experienced from the plug. Videos online can be viewed about this. Worth checking out.The return policy is prohibitive, even when it is clear that there are faults. I am in receipt of a system that is not fit for purpose but have to pay the return costs to get the full refund that was offered because I have waited to see if the teething issues would resolve on their own with the tips provided. Please ensure you read the returns policy as the company will not cover a return cost for a faulty item after just one month.Fortunately I have a number of other branded power stations that work perfectly so I can boil a camping kettle and have some domestic lighting on.High hopes dashed! Read everything very carefully before buying. Text is open to interpretation, and could appear misleading if you are not a technical expert.Max plug charging with nothing running is only 1100 wattsAfter 80% charging it drops to 300 - 500 wattsIt also regularly looses 15% between input and outputIt also regularly switches itself off so need to keep an eye on itThe cost is cheap, assuming a discount is available, but I wish I had spent more to get a better quality machine. Ensure you do your research before buying.

I had to wait a few weeks till this beauty arrived - worth the wait.It functions great, has massive 2048Wh capacity and a strong 2400 watt inverter, and all the outputs you would need - the controllable input wattage is a great option.I have to mention FOSSiBOT's superb UK customer support who kept in touch whilst I awaited delivery and answered all my questions promptly.With regard to the bad euro reviews stating this unit does not have the rated 2048Wh - I have tested this unit fully charged a number of times with 2 separate and high wattage plugged in electrical appliances with a known (and shown correctly on the FOSSi F2400 display) pull of 2500 watts - after 5 minutes of operating faultlessly at its limit - the F2400 was showing 94% left in the battery.That'll do for me..I am very happy with my purchase so far and highly recommend this supplier and their products :-
