Some component were loosely soldered, I had to re-solder them again.Works fine with 4" subwoofer, upcycled from a spare home theatre system. The speaker starts to vibrate (like brrr brrr brrr brrr), regardless of the input audio signal above ~40% of the bass-knobe. Had to power-reset the amplifier to fix it. So I set the bass level below the threshold, and adjust the bass in the audio player EQ. The input I gave is speaker output, not the pre-out. Has no issues with pre-out from the 3.5mm.

Connected to 24 dc one capacitor blew, should I change the capacitor to 40 volts and then try again?????
