Great price
Great price. Great product. I’ve been eyeing one and this is the one I got. It doesn’t come in English but you connect it to the app and it’s automatically in English.

Yes, this will work in English just fine...
For anyone complaining that it starts in Chinese (which it does) you need to update your reviews because these are just fine, work in English, and are the same as the English models. They do start in Chinese but that literally makes no difference as you use your Google Home app to set it up which will automatically change it to English for you in one of the first steps.

Won’t stay in English.
Seem to have been sent the Chinese version as it keeps changing the words to Chinese. I’ve tried doing total resets and resetting it up and made sure it was set to English on every setting and just unplugging it and plugging it back in and it might work for a day or two and goes right back to Chinese.

A very useful accessory for your smart home hidden behind a painful setup
I purchased this product to help me manage my growing list of smart devices and to be honest I was a little afraid that I wouldn't actually use it much considering I already have quick access to Google Home's functionalities via several Alexas, my phone, and my voice. Day 1 it's already put my fears to bed. The dedicate Home Control interface is actually better than my phone's Google Home app and well-optimized for tablet use (unlike most apps on my own Android tablet). I do wish I could customize the app list since I don't use a lot of the installed services or even add more apps, but it's not a big deal.Media management is also pretty great. The speakers are surprisingly solid quality, I think a little better than Alexa speakers (sorry Amazon). I wouldn't recommend watching anything on a 7-inch screen but it's quite easy to cast stuff onto your smart tv; you can even set connected devices for default display/audio playback so with one touch you can use the Hub as a fancy tv remote or control music quickly. My biggest gripe is with the setup. Like other buyers, my Nest Hub did start up in a foreign language (Mandarin) but adding the device in your Google Home app on your phone and scanning the Hub's QR code should immediately fix this quirk. It also took a few tries to get it to connect to my wifi but that could have been my internet being stupid. In addition, I encountered a bug where the Hub "freezes" when giving me the initial feature tour (It wouldn't let me progress through the tutorial and I could access the Photo Gallery and settings but nothing else) but this is fixed by rebooting the Hub on your Home app and letting it update. All of this is only annoying for initial setup, but as someone already entrenched in the Google ecosystem I wish it was a little more plug and play.Overall I don't believe the Nest Hub is worth the ~$100 price tag per unit in its current state, but with further refinements or a 3rd generation I would absolutely put one of these in every room. Despite that, it's still good value compared to Amazon and Apple's offerings and a useful accessory for smart home control.

Hands free task manager
I actually have purchased two of these and absolutely love them. One in my bedroom, so nice to say “Ok Google set an alarm for ???” and it says ok and alarms perfectly. Or ask for the forecast etc. It will also show me my outdoor cameras how cool. Highly recommend!

Amazing purchase
I loved that it took less than an hour to set up. I bought this for a gaming set up and let me tell you it looks amazing if you have some white palette In where ever you’re. Bringing this. Many said they have Chinese language in their set up but mines was English and there’s instructions in the box than just to mess around with it. For its small thing the volume is amazing! The battery life is practically untalked about because it’s a plug in. I got mines used and it looks good as new. So it’s worth it. I haven’t experienced lag or any odd features
