I had low expectations since every other vegetarian Omega-3 I tried tasted like hot garbage.These however are tasty, good texture, and weirdly cute looking.

Feels like Algae is hitting the right spots

These taste great, the texture is not gritty, and they were reasonably priced. I was looking for a good source of omega-3 to help my joint stiffness, that did not include fish oil, and these were recommended to me by my sister who takes them consistently, with good results. They aren’t too big or too sweet, which I appreciate. Soft and easy to chew. I’ve only been taking them for a week but I am hopeful that they will be beneficial to my health, improving my joint stiffness, complexion, and the brain fog that has creeped in now that I am approaching 50. I will update in a month, and hope to say that they continue to work well!
