I can't speak highly enough about this neck massager! It is saving me from so much neck and back pain! My hopes weren't too high because I need something that will truly work out the muscles and boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! I will say that it is not meant for the sensitive. I just got it today. So I cannot speak for durability.But what I would like to mention is how easy it is to operate, and what was most important to me is that it is not one that, is actually going to hurt more than relax.I had a shiatsu type back massager before that was way too hard on the neck and any bony part. I could simply not use it without being in pain afterwards.This one has just the right amount of pressure not too mild but not painful.It has the three speeds which is adequate.And if you are one that really likes the harder pressure just lean your neck or shoulders more against the back of a chair or couch and you will feel the pressure deeper.Regarding durability, if I find that it lacks in that area, I will update later on.The only thing that I noticed ( why I gave 4 stars only ) is that I really don’t notice the heat part being on or off. It does light up when on, but I didn’t feel the heat.Overall good for the price.

I absolutely love it. I have a lot of attention in my neck and this is a perfect way to get it out. Most massagers you have to hold your arm up to get it on your neck. And then you end up straining more. This one sits on your neck and you’re able to do do things or just relax while it massages. I love that you can also use it in the car and my favorite part is that it’s heated.

I just got today and immediately used it. Other reviews mentioning it doesn’t heat up is correct. You feel some type of heat but it’s not super hot or anything just kinda like a lukewarm heat. I’m sure if you buy warming oil or something if then you’d get the heat you are looking for. I used it on my stomach for cramps: felt so good, used for lower back: it was uncomfortable but I also wasn’t laying in a comfortable position to begin with, I lastly used it for my traps/shoulders and it felt so good.

I had neck pain for 6 months. Once the DR said it was my neck mussels and I should get therapy. I went with the neck massager just before going to bed at night and it is much better now. I put it just below my pillow and add a faux fur material over it and it puts me right to sleep. Good thing it turns off after 15 minutes.
