This turned up very quickly. Nice and light. When fitting the hand rails, make sure you really push the plastic ends on hard, or they won't fit in the screw holes. We actually used a rubber mallet on them.Nice and stable. Would recommend.

well made good buy securing the grab rail bracketry to the main frames is very fiddly the holing to the bracketry is slightly out of alignment to main frame making it difficult to engage fixing bolt / screws

Well designed,practical and good to use with a very acceptable working height--all at a very good price. The stability is generally good although not on very smooth surfaces--the plastic end foot mouldings do not grip well on a laminated surface and consequently the ladder can slide.The tool tray is useful and the side handles well positioned but I do think that the inclusion of a hand rail support mid way would prevent any future rail distortion. The standing platform is definitely adequate but not generous and my personal feeling is that the ladder would have benefited from slightly wider platform rungs.The ladder initially delivered had a problem with the extension ties and a pivot rivet but both were very quickly sorted by the seller--great after sales service!! Mobility is good as the ladder weighs only approx 6kgs. Generally I'd recommend this ladder in a DOMESTIC situation but not however as a 'trade use' item unless it was subject to a very light useage. Considering the ladder design and construction,the price and excellent after sales service I would certainly recommend this item and the seller too.

I was very pleased with the ladders especially as they had a handrailI found easy to put up and useAs I am in my 80's I needed something that was light and easy to carry with a good height and to be able to use safelyI liked the appearance of the ladders as well .My other ladders were to short for the high walls I was painting , hence my purchasing these, glad I did, as I felt my confidence returning when using them .

Steps arrived early, just what we wanted, fits nicely and able us to do the job.

This step ladder looked a good replacement for my old wooden one. Light, side rails, platform for tools etc. and that extra height. Unfortunately, the virtues were spoilt by an oversight in detail. Beneath the plastic platform there is an angled support strut, The edge of this strut is very sharp and when I was moving the ladders my finger brushed that edged and left me with a sliced finger end. Sad that for lack of detailing it spoilt its rating.

Sturdy

The ladder itself isn’t too bad. Fairly sturdy but given the price I guess you can’t expect more.There were 2 issues. Delivery was 2 days late. Not normally an issue however if you’ve dedicated a weekend to decorating and being told at 8.30pm on a Saturday when you’ve waited in that it’s not being delivered is beyond frustrating.The company need to attach the handrails, there is no reason not to. I asked my husband to help me attach them during the working day in what I assumed was a 2 minute job. No. Brute strength is needed, not all the holes line up and you need to perfectly align the screws otherwise they don’t work…We ended up attaching our own for the last hole. Serious design flaw
