Causes some side effects
After consuming this I had a really good sleep for a week but it also started giving muscle pain. It has L-Tryptophan which is not safe for everyone. Using L tryphtophan for more than 3 weeks can cause severe health issues like muscle pain, diaarohea, breathing problems & skin rashes etc. I faced all of these.

Better than others like zzzquil
It is very effective among I have tried another for a long period of time.One day I went to my regular medical shop, stock was over. Even after 3 days i have been going there but the stock of vicks zzzquil was none there. I also tried other stores but couldn't find.I came to home and was trying to search it on Amazon, it was cheaper but along with in suggestions Amazon was showing other similar gummies, I am Indian, I had already read the nutritional information of Zzzquill, so tried to search similar product.Then I found this, its cheaper, tasty and effectively without any laziness in next whole day.

"I have used Melatonin for insomnia, it helps me to fall a sleep faster, but frequent urination from 5am wakes me up which is not normal. Then in the morning feeling anxious and depressed for no specific reason, dizzy and tearful all day, fatigue and tiredness all day, unable to take my simple daily walk on a beach. Questioning my life and very dark mood. Nausea and no appetite all day, sleepy all day, headache. I took only 2.5mg for 4 days and then stopped. Feeling fine after 2 days. During these two days felt very dizzy, nauseated and tired. To be sure it was that I did test it once again month later, took only 1.25mg for 3 days and each day was worst then day before. It doesn't matter on the dosage, both times, I feel bad with all side effects above. I found out much better alternative is Magnesium Glycinate supplement which does not have any side effects on me, simply took 100-200mg pills magnesium and fall a sleep within an hour and slept well till' morning with no side effects next day."

These melatonin tablets are a very good and tasty way to maintain our good sleep cycle. It is natural and works very well.

Expired product delivered
The product had expired in November 2024 and was delivered to me in 3rd week of December. For a consumable that affects sleep, and mimics hormones it’s downright dangerous. Horrible experience. Please look at alternate brands and avoid this one.
