What a disappointment!! I assumed that these would stick well. I made the mistake of not using them for some time in part because I misplaced them. Just now I tried them for the first time, and when I saw that the first one didn't stick well, I placed another one and then another and another and another. But they just don't stick well no matter where I place them, in my ear or on my forearm. So it's a waste of money. I would recommend you're looking for a better product and keep your fingers crossed.

Seems to be okay quality, they will stay for about one day, then start to peel off. don’t last in water

I see how these could be helpful. But it’s near impossible to get them placed without messing them up and losing them.

The chart included is very helpful for placement and the ear seeds are easy to use. Was pleased they lasted several days even through showers. I haven't seen any significant health changes, but also haven't been using them for very long. Excellent price for starting out with this technique!

I have been getting treatments for many years and am excited to try this myself. The booklet is very inspiring with many different uses and the pressure point instrumentation is spot on.
