This is a great idea.Unfortunately this item is cheaply made. Would be better if came pre-assembled. Instructions that came with it were very poor. Would not recommend

I brought this clock a few months ago I set it up above the shelf at the end of the sitting room every time it gets to half past the hour it knocks ornaments off my shelf onto the floor it was great for Halloween when we had guests round telling everyone we have ghosts when we're all sat in the sitting them lisening to our ornaments being knocked off the shelf

We bought this for a bedroom wall and made our own clock face. It looks great and we're really pleased with the appearance. However, the description suggests the mechanism is silent. It isn't, it ticks, so feel a little disappointed with the product overall. I'm in the process of finding a new continuous sweep mechanism to replace the middle bit so my daughter can sleep in silence!

Just the right size for the clock face,as old movement had stopped working,good price and value for money.
