they are gagging
The table is laggie u can only down load 1 game then when u want a different game u have to remove that game and download the game u want to play and will not keep a charge I asked for a refund but they did not give me one and I ordered 3 of them

Not a bad product until you want to upgrade the OS
One of the challenges with these devices with custom Android OS is the almost complete nonexistence of OS updates or upgrades, and as result, it begins to run slow after sometime since the OS maybe behind on upgrades. I have tried several times on how I could upgrade this to the newest Android OS version, but to no avail.

Don't hold WiFi
The tablet does not hold the Wi-Fi very long you have to be patient and plus it does not have themes to make the thing more artsy or as we call it fashionable I think the company just went on their own idea and not the consumers I have a cell phone by Samsung that have themes building to it instead of going to Google Play that take up space on the tablet

Good, but not for long
Worked well for the 3 months that my daughter got to use it. It was a Christmas gift that stopped working and won’t charge starting last week.
