does a great job on luxury vinyl tile
This floor cleaner does a wonderful job. I've tried several tile cleaners and nothing compares to this. My floor looks brand new after each use it cleans any marks that are on the tile.

grout clean
Mixed a small batch to use to clean grout around travertine stone. I called the company to get the exact measurement needed as the directions on the bottle are for 1 gallon. They were very helpful. I used it in the kitchen and we could tell a difference. Now to do family room and laundry room. If I don't give out- I will then do the bedroom. It did help the grout looked better. I am going to redo kitchen also. It is hard to be on your knees scrubbing , but I can see a difference. It does dry quickly, I let it sit about 15 minutes perfection then wet with water and scrubbed with a brush.

Tile cleaner
Used full string on a paper towel. I had to remove the foil. Top, should I send this item back? Black Diamond is usually a good name. This one doesn't seem to be that good at all. I just got new tiles

Works great!
We have travertine tile in the house we recently purchased. It really needed to be cleaned. I tried so many products and diy methods. Nothing worked effectively. I purchased this product hoping it would clean my tile. It works great! The travertine looks as good as new.

Finally something that works well on my limestonee
I've tried several professional stone cleaners and this is by far the best so far for my limestone flooring in my bathrooms. I really wish I would have taken before and after photos because it blew me away. I used to pay $500 to $1200 to get my tile cleaned and resealed annually. in between it would get dirty again and look like crap. I was determined to find a way to do this myself more economically. after trying different things I finally found this method that works for me. I bought the Chapin home and garden sprayer (48 ounce) and use it to spray this cleaner liberally on my bathroom floor. I leave it for 10 minutes and then I go over it with my Hoover floor mate hard floor cleaner, which I fill with only hot water, using the deepest clean setting and doing it slow and over so the scrubbers do the work. I do this a few times because the Hoover sprays more water to rinse this product off. Then I use the dry setting on the floormate to suck up all the water. I got great results on the first pass when using as directed, And then did it again leaving the cleaner on a little bit longer to 10 min and it sucked up even more dirt. It's so satisfying to pour out the dirty water into the sink both times. The first time the water was almost as dark as mud, but even the second time it was very dirty. After this the floors look better than they ever have since I moved in- It's almost like I got new floors. Also, I'm not a fan of chemicals so I open the windows and wear a 3M particle respirator as I do this. Just wanted to share my methods since I'm so glad I finally found something that works And just came back to buy two more bottles!
