I really like this stuff! I use it in the morning, it makes your nose run, which is actually nice because it clears everything out that’s been sitting in your sinuses all night. A lot of other people talked about stinging but it doesn’t bother me. Will buy again!

The spray nozzle does not work so I don’t know if the product is useful

It's good for moisturizing your sinuses, but it doesn't really do anything else. I was trying to combat a sinus infection, and it was no help at all.
