I purchased Dandelion root supplements as I've read that it's an immune booster. I started taking it after not being able to get over sinus issues due to being exposed to children I work with and terrible pollen season! I take this along with a few other immune boosters. So far, I'm happy to say that I believe it is helping. Im around children all day with very runny noses and since getting over my own sinus issues, I've been able to stay healthy. Not claiming this is a miracle, just saying I believe it does help boost my immunity so I can fight off minor cold and sinus issues.

This definitely works as a diuretic! If you are bloated or have any extra water weight, you will be peeing a lot within a couple of hours of taking this, so watch out!
