This white balsamic is so superior to other brands. Not too much floral, yet rich and light. My only choice.

It's spendy, but worth it. Best smooth flavor for a balsamic vinegar. Very good and light salad dressing when paired with lemon olive oil.

More depth of flavor than other varieties of white vinegar, and without the cloying sweetness characteristic of so many (dark) Balsamic vinegars.
