The radio goes in and out when it is connected to Bluetooth, nice options for the price but not worth not having music for long periods of time. I had the radio professionally installed and everything worked great at first but then the radio started glitching took it back to the installer and he said it was the radio itself due to the cheap quality

Product works but without proper instructions I had to search for hours on the internet for information to get the steering wheel controls to work and Im still looking for info on how to hook unit to the factory rear camera instead of using the provided camera. The claim is that all of this should work with the extra harness that I paid for but apparently it does not in the case of the my XLE with factory nav unit. Reaching out to them for support involved sending an email, waiting for the next day for a response. Often their response was a clarification question and then I have to wait for another day. Again, im ok with the support being off shore but if it simply had complete and proper instructions it would be fine.

We have been using this unit in our 2014 Toyota Sienna for close to 5 months and have been really happy with the purchase. Because it was designed specifically for the 3rd generation Siennas, it looks like a OEM unit and it was super easy to install because it didn't require a Metra or Scosche dash kit. The steering wheel controls MOSTLY work - I was able to get the forward, back, and volume buttons to work. All of the other buttons I was not able to get to work, even after messaging support via Whatsapp (which is fantastic, by the way). Tethering to my Google Pixel 9 Pro's phone, we are able to watch Netflix, Disney+ (sideloaded), Peacock, Hulu, and even some basic games (though in the latest app update, Candy Crush seems to have shrunk to phone size). This seems to be a rebranded Podofo device, as the literature even lists Podofo for support.There are a few things that are not ideal: (1) I can't get the volume up very high when playing movies, (2) the sound is a little tinny compared to the stock system, (3) the screen has taken a lot of microscratches from being cleaned, but this is only noticeable in the sun. (4) I would NOT recommend using anything other than the stock launcher because of the limited amount of RAM on the device. I tried using a couple other launchers and the audio would skip and lag because of the limited amount of resources on the device to run everything. After switching back to the stock launcher, it was a lot better.This device doesn't have 4gb of RAM and I wouldn't expect it to work like a higher end ATOTO or JOYING device. If you know what you're getting and are okay waiting a couple seconds for apps to load and not running custom 3rd party launchers, it's a very serviceable device for a family. We are very happy with the device and it's a huge improvement over the stock head unit.

Replaced failing radio, worked for 3 months then failed.

This works great and it was easy to install. The GPS quality is great. Nice clear picture.

Lots of glare in the monitor, back up camera is dark will not recomend...
