helpful
I have been using this daily for three weeks now. I have anxiety, OCD and depression and am currently undergoing CBT. Procrastination has been an issue for me and this has genuinely really helped me. I get alot more done now.It has extra nice bits and review pages to fill in but even just having the prioritised list of tasks works well. Somehow it works better than simply writing your own list and I get a huge satisfaction at ticking things off when I review the book at the end of each evening. The book itself is very sturdy and high quality and looks as it does in the picture.

Great Christmas present
Lovely gift for my boyfriend. Super sleek and sturdy design and so organized. Love all the notes about how to use it at the beginning, very motivating. This book has a clear layout and ideal for anyone that needs to get organised. Good value for money, I might buy one for myself now!

Productivity Journal Review: The Productivity Planner by Intelligent Change (from AntonySimpson.com)
The Productivity Planner by Intelligent Change is a journal aimed at boosting your productivity. It focuses on single-tasking rather than multi-tasking and doing the most important task of the day first. It also uses The Pomodoro Technique. The Pomodoro Technique is working on a task for 25 minutes without distraction or procrastination and then taking a 5 minute break.Like any productivity journal the Productivity Planner has Pros and Cons. Here they are:Pros- Its design is smart and business-like.- It’s compact and light to carry.- It’s dateless, meaning you can start using it at any time.- It prioritises tasks into: Most Important, Secondary and Additional.- It has Weekly Planning/Review sections.- It has a place for Notes on each day and a full Weekly Notes page.- Every daily page has an Inspirational Quote and a Productivity Score (1-10).- It has circles next to tasks to measure time. You set a Target and then record the Actual, helping you to allocate a more realistic amount of time for tasks.- It has a bookmark ribbon and an elasticated closure.Cons- It is really designed for business use. It only has a 5 day week.- There’s no Done boxes to tick tasks off on the daily pages.- The planner only has 6 months worth of pages in it. Meaning you would need to buy two for 1 year.- It is expensive for a journal, being priced at £20+.- There’s no short term, medium term or long term goal setting pages.- There’s no monthly or yearly view pages.- It is black and white throughout.- There isn’t anywhere to record rewards for completing tasks. I find rewards really motivating.- There’s no way to organise tasks into groups, e.g. Personal, Business, Health, Family/Friends, etc.I would recommend the far superior Inspire Now Journal by Inspire Now Daily, which I absolutely love.Review soon,Antony

Easy to use. Works for me.
I'm so easily distracted and put off so I decided to give this a go. I don't use it exactly as its intended i.e. Mon - Fri working. I work shifts and its not so much at work where I need to be more organised, it's at home. So I just use it seven days a week to prioritise what I need to get done on a given day. The method is so simple and it really worked for me. I also like how you can't overload your day with hundreds of tasks which is what tends to happen if you just use lists! Well worth the investment.

I'm using to organise my time whilst studying. I've tried a few journals but I find this one the most useful. I set my intentions for the week and use it to prioritise and plan. I had been using the pomodoro technique for a while prior to buying the jounal. The technique is well described in the planner and if you need further information there is plenty on line. I'm much more productive than I was, my time is focused and I get less distracted.

Overpriced notebook
What a waste of money. Don't get me wrong, it's neat, today and appears to be relatively well made. The layout is clear, and spacious, however, you could get that for £2-3 for a generic, off the shelf planner. This is underpowered in almost every aspect. There is no diary section to actually plan your day, not enough space for a real list of tasks, a convoluted system for checking off tasks, and a lack of basic features like an annual calendar, and monthly overviews. Honestly, you'd be better with a blank notebook for the narrow purposes this serves, and that would leave you space to do as you chose, rather than being confined by the limited fields this offers. Received today, going in the bin as I (unfortunately, in my excitement) got stuck in to filling it in straight away.

Helpful but not life-changing
I bought this journal to help me with prioritizing my tasks at work. It's very well made and nice to touch and write in. While it's helped me be more productive, it hasn't been as life-changing as I had hoped.I would have given it five stars except for two reasons:1. It's only a five day week! What were you guys thinking? Some of us work 7 days...where are we supposed to put Sat & Sundays?2. Action Day Planner has ribbons that can be used to mark certain pages. You should have added one so that we could mark the tasks for the week page to make it easy to flip back to on the fly.If those were done this would have been a slam dunk five.Maybe you can put it in the planner for next year. ;)Please take a second to hit the helpful button it makes taking the time to write the review worthwhile x.Thanks

Life Changing
This planner has completely changed my life, I think it's safe to say I benefit from structure. The daily rabbit tracker is great for consistency.I also use this as my work diary with the calender section I can note and book my clients.I take this everywhere, Great product worth the money for me.
