This is the best almond flour/meal we've found to date. It tastes fresh and sweet. We use it for baking, as breading, and for raw desserts, all with great success. I even use it in place of bread for thickening gluten-free gazpacho (sacrilege, I know).It's a nicely fine almond flour, ground as fine as you can get unless you want to end up with almond butter. It's also excellent value for money and keeps very well in an airtight container.We go through a ton of almond flour and keep it in a big jar in the pantry. However, as any nut flour will go rancid rather quickly, it is recommended to keep this in an airtight container in a dry location out of direct sunlight. If you don't think you'll be able to use it within a few months, place the majority of it in a couple layers of freezer bags and keep in your freezer to exponentially extend shelf life. (It can be used straight from the freezer for most applications.)

I have bought several packets over the last couple of years as part of a ketogenic diet.Arrives on time, tastes good, organic,quality consistent.Seems to be good value for money, gave 2 stars for presentation- irrelevant criteria- it comes in a plastic package as would be expected.

This is a good product that met my expectations of being blanched and organic and is more of a meal texture. I’ve bought this again as it’s great for use in baking and I tend to use for making muffins and flatbreads. Would buy this again.

This is a really nice product. I made a banana and walnut cake and used the organic ground almondflour instead of normal white flour. I was very impressed. It was a great success. I want to make somesome blueberry muffins with cacao nibs next. I will definitely use this company again. Great service,great product.

This is an entirely independent and personal review - no discounts or other incentives received. I’ve tried various brands of ground almonds but was looking for better economy, as I use quite a lot. Despite reading some very critical reviews, I ordered this. I am about to re-order, having now used 3 bags without any difference or deterioration in either quality, taste or texture. I find them excellent and plan to stick to this brand from now on. I have waited a while before reviewing, in case they were not consistently good, but they really are!
