So i ordered this product thinking I’m getting a really good ice pack and will achieve good relief from it but the reality hit me hard and brought me back to pain and sorrow. I got something that I can’t even explain what it was and nobody could figure it out too. It was of no use and waste of time and money!! Trust me , just skip this product and if you can report it so the seller can’t make anybody else a fool.

I have used this for the first time and its definitely a value for money. You can use it anywhere on body, from calf to shoulder to back. easy to put and quality of product is very good. The Rahat hot/cold pack is excellent for giving Rahat(relief) in your pain management.

I've got another ice pack with gel inside and it's much better than this one.If you let this one to the freezer all night, it creates a big hard ice pack and you can't move it, modify the shape. Like a big ice cube. I think there's only water inside so the quality isn't good. For the rest, the fasteners are OK.
