This is absolutely great value for money, really good quality, battery life is good and you can charge more than one device at a time. I havent noticed it getting hot like some do. You can charge it more than one way. I found I can connect it to my devices easily.Works on samsung, iPhone, kindle, anything that is charged via USB. There are 2 USB ports. Can be used anywhere. I took mine abroad. It is a little on the heavy side but I expected it.I would highly recommend this if you want a fab power bank that does everything and lasts.It looks good.

Charged my iPhone 13 quickly, it is heavy but will charge multiple times. Very pleased with it, can use attached cables or usb port so stops children arguing! And it’s a lovely colour, haven’t seen one like it before so no one gets away with “borrowing” from my bag

Takes a long time to charge the pack but seems comparative to other models I have holding 20000 charge. Love the fact that it has inbuilt wires for Apple/android etc. Holds its charge well if not using frequently and doesn't heat up when charging the unit or using the unit to charge an alternative device. Its a heavier charger, ideal for camping/travelling on holiday but if going light weight/backpacking I'd chose a lighter unit to be honest. Have been using regularly for 16 months, no dip on performance. Can easily charge my large mobile phone several times. Would recommend. Attractive colour.

This is a great tool to keep phones going while away.It is a little heavy but does hold a lot of charge. Very neat design with 3 connections.

Stopped charging 2 days after "30" day return window. Piece of rubbish. DO NOT BUY!Following my dire review, I was contacted by the company 6 weeks later and offered a full refund on this product. Encouraging to see they both monitor their reviews, react to customer's issues and deal with a sub standard product properly. Clearly a professional outfit if they can be proactive in this way.

Its worthwhile reading some of the other less favourable reviews of this power bank prior to purchasing it as it would appear that there is a common theme/issue where the device suddenly stops working.I purchased my power bank on 13 March 2025 and all was fine.On 30 April the device would not deliver any charge despite it being fully charged.The return window had closed on 13 April and my only was to contact the Veektomx customer service team via the provided webform where I asked for a refund or a return as the device is not fit for purpose.I have not had a response from the seller.I would advise that you should consider an alternative power bank rather than purchasing this item.

This is a very good product

I wanted a power pack and this is great. It powers up my phone really well although I haven't used it for anything else. The only reservation I have is re. the travel factor, for it is quite heavy for carrying around in a handbag. Otherwise of course, you can travel with it in terms of going away, etc. but for walking around town - hmmm it's a bit heavy. Would otherwise recommend it though as it's a great thing to have.
