My son uses this tape for football and wrestling and believe it me it has helped him a lot. It doesn't come off easily. This is one of the best tapes we have ever used.

This stuff holds better than the expensive stuff. I have been buying it for a while, works great.

This is great!! I got this because I wanted an affordable option as someone who is just starting to use KT for a long term injury i've had for years now. I think this is a great beginner option since you'll go through some tape messing up, so far it's been really stretchy and I like how long it is so you can cut it shorter if needed. though it can be a bit itchy at first application I dampen it or oil it when I need it to loosen up a bit to soothe the skin underneath. It lasts for a few days and is pretty comfortable!If you put it on incorrectly it can cause discomfort depending on the body part/numbness but after I started to use the tape correctly I've been having a bit more mobility and less knee pain! It won't be a permanent fix but good support for the long-term runner's knee i've had since I was a kid due to repeated injury to both knees!

Worth the money, not comparable to KT brand though. Works great on my hips and wrist, and other flatter surfaces but does not stay put on my knees like the other brand does.
