I bought this pillow skeptical of its "4° cooler" claim, but it's not a gimmick! It's medium-firm, incredibly comfortable, and unlike my old Emma pillow (which trapped heat), this one keeps my head cool all night. The airflow is excellent. The price on Amazon was a bit steep, so I ended up returning it and buying it elsewhere, but this is by far the best memory foam pillow I've ever used. Go for it. You will fall in love with the feeling that this pillow is gonna give you. 100% recommended.Opinion after 2 weeks of usage - The pillow cover feels delightfully cool to the touch, but after resting my head on it for just 3 to 5 minutes, it warmed up considerably. I wasn't expecting that!

Me and my parents had severe neck pain and it aggravated after our prolonged train journey recently. This is my review after 15 days usage..Product got delivered in compressed state and i was able to assemble it without any hassle...be sure to measure the size of bed to avoid last minute changes (queen size comes in 3 size).. Regarding the quality it is excellent for good sleep.no back pain..softness is medium (it's more like a memory foam)..one thing I was worried about is heat emissions in these foam mattress..but cooltec works just fine(not so cool to feel chill) you won't feel the heat on long sleeps..there is no sagging on the edges.. there is nothing negative to be quoted regarding the mattress..I'm using a bamboo protector sheet for mattress to avoid staining...i hope it will be same over long run.. thank you team Sleepy cat and Amazon

Product is not medium firm as it claims. It's very soft. my neck and shoulder pain increased after using it. It's not solving my purpose as I have spondylitis and I need something which is medium firm. Not soft.(P.s. this is not the first time I'm using cervical pillow. I have under different brand before, thought this beand will be better so bought this for another room)Quality of the product is undoubtedly good.

It is comfortable and the quality is great. It provides good comfort neck and shoulder support. It's been a really good experience using it so far.

Excellent Quality. It really works to maintain comfortable posture while sleeping and resting on back and side shoulders. It reduces the chances of sleeping on stomach because of the thickness and shape. Only criticism is that they should have provided an Extra pillow Cover. Normal size pillow cover doesn't work. Still it is a Great Premium Pillow.
