You're getting a complete set for the price, and for that, I give it a thumbs up. The lid, the gasket, the plastic base, and the blade is included with the plastic jar.Since it's plastic, it's light weight and safer to handle. It hasn't leaked so far, which was one of my concerns, knowing I couldn't tighten it like my glass jar. In the past when my glass jars have chipped, I have cut my hand accidentally while hand washing them. For me, it's a safety issue, so I switched to plastic.The only downside I can see, the jar is made from a thinner layer of plastic, which gives it a flimsy feeling, so it doesn't inspire you to think it's durable for the long haul, The plastic lid fits awkwardly on the jar (design flaw?) and can be a challenge to remove it (minus one point).I recommend it for because it's a complete set for a good price.

What I was looking to get

Previously bought another ones that are bigger than this. Did not fit. These look like the ones we have, they fit the blade but the part does not fit the ninja blender. Can't put it in the blender. Disappointed.

I've had my ninja for probably over 10 years now, and over the years i lost the cups/parts for this. This was super well priced and works great! came with a nice cap for the blade so you dont reach into your cabinet and slice your hand off, an extra seal just in case, and the lids fit straws perfectly!

These look great and seem to be exact replica of the original Ninja. Markings on the cup are identical except it does not have the word NINJA on it of course. I am returning before using however, because once I twisted it on, I could not get the cup off. I had verified the model number on my Ninja and confirmed it is one of the models intended for this product. I used two jar openers and tried several times...twisting so hard that it pulled the suction cups off the counter! I had to take it to my boyfriend's house and get him to remove the cup. Maybe it was just a bad batch. I bought another brand and they worked.
