Great Customer Service and Great Product
First, I must say that this product is easy to use, easy to clean, and produces excellent results! I was able to put it together in minutes as it was intuitive. I read many reviews prior to purchasing the Sana 727 and watched videos, to make sure that I could easily juice celery, soft fruits and hard vegetables like beets. I do stop periodically to clean the screen in the attachment when juicing a lot to make it more efficient. The pulp is dry from the vegetables, and that indicates to me that I am getting the biggest bang for my buck. I also like that I can make nut butters, and the sorbets from frozen berries turn out excellent. I had to reach out to customer service, and they were so responsive and resolved my issue instantly, despite it being my fault. I can't tell you how rare that is in our current environment, and it reinforced that I went with the right company. They really care about quality and the satisfaction of their customers. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a juicer! I am not being paid for my review, and I rarely write them, so that is how much this product impresssed me!

Glad I purchased
My second juicer. Had for about 2 months now. Someone gave me an old centrifugal Juiceman juicer. I used it for about a year till it went out. Did some research and chose. Bigger yield, taste better, more darker rich coloring to the juice. Much more quiet. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean up is under 5 minutes. If ur bothered by having to cut produce maybe another option (Nama j2 maybe) I juice in the morning while everyone is sleep. Thinking of buying the oil making attachment****UPDATE****3/21/2025 still love the juicer 😁❤️ absolutely no problems

Power through Ginger and other roots
If you are new to juicing and haven't watched a ton of videos...you may not know that you probably need multiple juicers. So, if you are looking for an all in 1 this really isn't it. For that I'd give it a 3.5 stars. But I wanted to juice ginger and turmeric especially and it powers through roots like nobody's business. it gets 6 stars for that.It is very simple to clean...just a few parts to disassemble and assemble and you can do it in seconds. For reference I managed to basically figure it out without referring to the instruction guide.I have had great luck juicing greens. I juiced mint for an out of this world cocktail. The bad is that this juicer is bad with soft fruits...they just clog it up. I tried peaches and pineapple, and it was a big mess. Apples did well. As for citrus you can throw it in the peel. And you can buy an oil extractor to use with the machine.

It’s okay.
So I bought this, I haven’t used it for the oil extraction but mainly just juicing, for leafy greens it’s excellent, for like oranges and other fruits it’s okay. The juice gets very pulpy and idk it’s not as amazing as my hurom juicer (stainless steel). I’m just not impressed and I paid much more for this one then the hurom.

As Advertised and Much More
I went to YouTube University to find the best Juicer to process ginger root. The influencer demonstrated the top 5 machines, and it was clear too me that the Sana 727 was the best.I took the time to observe other YouTube videos to make sure I used the correct settings to juice ginger root. Everything shown on the video was true.1/ it is easy to assemble2/ No messy counter from the flying pulp3/ I got more yield from this juicer. The Breville Juicer burnt out after juicing only 4 cases of ginger over time. The final event only allowed me to juice 2 gallions of ginger.I had to order a new juicer to finish juicing a 30 lb. case of ginger. I was only expecting 1/2 gallon (64 oz) left to finish the 30 lb case. I got 96 oz with this new Sana 727.I use to get 2 1/2 gallons from a 30 lb case of ginger. I think it is comfortable to say I will get much more from the 30 lb case using Sana 727. I think I should get 3 gallons next time.4/ The pulp was so dry. I did not need to squeeze the pulp to make sure I got all the juice.

FANTASTIC
For me it’s the BEST. The machine is BEAUTIFUL easy to use and easy to clean the stainless steel container is large, I only have to empty it once when making bulk juices. I have the 20 ounce juicing jars I can fill 3 or so of those up before I have to empty that container. The crystal glass and sieve is nice if you’re going to juice and drink immediately you can just pick your fresh juice up and go drink. If you want to make a large quantity of juice you’ll need to find a larger container or you be dumping that crystal glass several time. You will need to pay attention to the sieve, sometimes there is too much pulp and the juice will overflow. You just need to turn the sieve or manipulate the pulp so the juice will continue into the cup. I LOVE everything about this juicer.

Wish I would have just done this in the first place.
I had a couple Breville juicers before this one - and while they were less expensive...(to be fair, the sticker shock here is not nothing) - wow do I wish I just went here in the first place. I would have saved a lot of money in the long run. It's a bit slower than what I've used before, but the pulp is always ridiculously impressively dry. Juicing carrots, as an example, leaves something behind more similar to sand than to apple sauce. Which is complete revelation compared to the Breville centrifugal juicer.I highly recommend it. Plus, cleaning it is way easier than what I've had previously. Much less mess to manage. If you plan on juicing with any kind of consistency, start here and stay here.
