I only take a half a doze in the morning and I still noticed a slight increase in the pump supply. I am able to nurse my baby but was unable to pump any extra (I only pump once a night), I used to pump maybe 3/4 of an ounce from each breast but now I'm getting a little over 1 oz each. I'm going to try and take full doze in the morning and see if that increase the pump even more. It doesn't taste like anything which is a plus considering fenugreek tastes so bad to me (I also add 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek in my morning smoothie, yuck) but nothing I did was as noticeable as taking this. I'm very pleased with this product because it simply works and I have real high hopes after starting to take a full doze.

I don’t normally write reviews. In fact I never write reviews, but this product saved my breastfeeding journey. I have PCOS so let’s just start there. And I’m grateful to say this is baby number 3 that I’m on this breastfeeding journey with. So I know the rigors and routine of breastfeeding and pumping. But the first week I returned to work with my 5 month old, I got my period. My output from pump sessions plummeted, plus I wasn’t able to pump every 2-3 hours. I searched and searched online and came across this product and decided to give it a try. I went from 1-2 oz a sessions to 3-6 oz within 24 hours. So now I am able to leave what my baby drank during the day and little for the freezer. So satisfied is an understatement. If your struggling with output, buy now!!!

I was at a point of desperation when I first purchased this supplement. I'd tried everything else with no discernable increase in supply. If I was diligent I could maybe manage 12 oz/ day if I pumped 8x and power pumped 3x per day and stayed super hydrated...which wasn't keeping up with needs. A few days after taking these I saw an increase to around 16 oz...a bit more but not stunning results. Because I'm 5'8" - 200 lb I thought the dosage might be low for me so I've upped it to 3-4 capsules per day and this week I'm consistently able to produce 20-25 oz. in 8 pumping sessions and still nurse a couple times per day. I'm much closer to keeping up with current needs. It still doesn't net me the extra I'd hoped to be able to freeze but I'm at least happy that these supplements were effective where other efforts had failed. I'll likely keep taking them so long as I get these kind of results and ease some of the frustrations of low supply!

This helps my milk production so much more. Before i take this i was worried that my milk production was less and as much i hate pumping because it gives me sore nipple, i had to do it because i wanted to trigger my milk production. But taking this helps me a lot and i no longer need to pump to trigger my milk production now. I also don't like pumping as it hurts( maybe i was doing it wrong?).Update: something was not right! For straight two days my baby was very fuzzy, very uncomfortable, always screaming like something is painful, always stretching his tummy and it bothers me a lot as he never was like that. And for few days i skipped taking the supplement ( i forgot ) and baby stopped being fuzzy as well. One day i took the supplement again at night before i went to bed and at around 3am Holy God my baby started being fuzzy and very uncomfortable again. I kept thinking what could be the reason why he acts like this lately, then i remember that some of the comments here says the same about their babies reaction while they were taking this. Sad to say my baby is the same. As much as this product helps me with my milk production, i can't bear to watch my baby being fuzzy and uncomfortable and in pain. I hate to stop using this but then again i hate the effect of it to my baby. To mother's out there who would want to use this product, be very observant as this could possibly happen to your babies as well though every babies reacts differently also.

I have had trouble with my supply (with both my son 2.5 years ago and my daughter 2 months old now) I was producing enough for the first couple weeks, then all of a sudden my supply dropped to where I couldn't even pump anything at all. This happened with both children. I had to give up breastfeeding my oldest when he was 4 months bc my milk had completely dried up, but I thought at the time it was bc of the depo shot I had gotten. This time, same thing! I tried everything, nothing worked. Finally my OBGYN told me about this product bc it had worked for her low supply (she had twins). I can honestly say, its the only thing that kept my milk supply up enough to even breastfeed and supplement with formula. I wanted to note that I did NOT see an increase in my supply in the week that I was taking it, however I noticed that if I took it intermittently (a couple days taking this plus brewers yeast, skip 1-3 days) that my supply increased by at least double. When I skipped too many days, it dropped again. So if this doesn't work for you at first, maybe try it how I did and give it a second chance. It also never upset my daughters stomach or mine, taste is not strong and doesn't make you smell.
