Poor quality and worst customer service
Highly poor quality. Product got leaked in less than 3 months and since than I have been chasing with Alton but they couriered the defective part after many months and the part sent does not belong to same model. Worst part is that they don't have any customer support and very unprofessional experience. I would strongly recommend not to buy any product as these products are installed inside and replacement them is required civil work and tiles replacement as well.

A must buy deal
Today I have received the product and I was really impressed with the quality of the product. The product is heavy and brass quality feels good. Also all the accessories were neatly packed and delivered well.The only minor issue is with the exposed cover that the back side of the plate has a bit damp type hard thing which has removed the chrome plate from that part only.
