Front. No rear wiper on classic jeeps. Crown is much better quality than Omni.

Q: How do you adjust the window shield wiper to left and right and then return to the bottom of the window shield?

I installed my wiper on top center of windshield turned it on it sweeps left to right turn it off it goes to the side and stops

Q: How long is the stem?

I used this one time and the motor burned out.

Q: does it have a self park position

The wiper arm has no permanent station. The motor must be installed and the wiper arm timed by watching the drive shaft stop points. So i guess the quick answer to your question is no.
