Disappointed with Quality Control
Writing this after a day of use—the remote works fine, but the quality is disappointing for the price. They keep delivering broken or refurbished remotes. My first one had a broken scroll button, and the replacement also had issues, just patched up with a label. Not worth the hassle.

Smooth switch over of New FireTV Remote from the old
Had some initial teething trouble.Remote did not work. Then followed the instructions given and got the remote operational. Smooth transition from my old remote.
