Very strong and durable.
Very strong and is holding up well. I own a dog who has a habit of shredding the net. So far, she hasn't done that yet. Also, very strong sunlight where it is. Usually sun bleaches things quickly. No signs of this happening as of yet.

afforable
Our windows were an odd size and older so trying to find a perfect screen match was a hassle. This diy screen was affordable and very easy to assemble. It looks great on the window. I was able to complete this independently, in less than a half hour. You will have extra material left over depending on how size kit you get. I was actually able to get another small framed window screen out of it (minus the corner clips).

Hard to snap
Love the product! It was easy to understand how to put it all together, fits my window how I wanted it to keep the flies out. it is really hard to snap it together though, so I did leave it kinda loose but still great product nevertheless

INSTALLATION IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!
If there was a half star, I would have given that!! WORST production I have ever bought on Amazon. I have been working on installing this for HOURS and still not complete. The magnets are not strong enough to hold to the side of the window when installing (the whole thing falls down). It is very hard to install the screen between the magnets and the cheap plastic white cover. Don't waste your money!! The initial concept was good, but after hours of working on it, and very bruised thumbs trying to snap the magnet and cheap plastic cover together I am throwing this away!

Easy
Easy to put up and take down. Easy to use, tie back.

Shorter length than advertised, be careful
The biggest issue is that the length of the materials are just short of the advertised length, so be generous when rounding up before buying the right size of product.Set up is fairly straightforward and can be done with one person alone (although 2 pairs of hands is better). The magnetic strip is too weak for any one side to hold on by itself, so you might need to get creative when hanging it up by yourself.

VERY NICE!
I have a large casement window where the screen had seen better days. Also when I want to open the window its always stuck and I have to partially take the screen off so I can push the window open a little. So I needed a new screen and found this item. The installation went off pretty well but the handle mechanism was at the bottom right up against where the magnetic tape had to go. I was able to route the tape slightly up around the handle and the white trim tape was able to conform to the bend. I was not able to get the trim tape near the handle to connect into the mag tape but when I took the screen off to trim the excess i was able to use a pliers to press the trim tape into the mag tape. I also needed to use the pliers to do the same thing in a few other places. Speaking of the pliers, I also used them to press on the corners and that worked out very well. The only negative on the parts was the included screening. It was pretty good quality but because it would have been impractical to ship it rolled up it was folded up in the box. I took it out and laid it on the floor and the folds were very visible. Leaving it on the floor overnight the folds were still very visible and I knew I would not be able to get a lot of tension on the mounted screen as you would if using spline. Luckily I had a lot of regular screening in a roll and used that instead. Yes, there are some folds in the finished screen, especially around the handle but overall its VERY NICE. Especially for the price ($25 on sale). IMPORTANT TIP: As soon as you get it take all the rolled items and unroll and stretch them on the floor, especially the white trim tape, to get the curviness out of them. I left them over night stretched out and it really helped during installation.
