I bought this waist trainer on Amazon and put it on right away — oh my God, it fits perfectly! I’m 190 lbs and 5’2”, and I ordered a medium. I had bought another waist trainer and it dug in my sides so badly I couldn’t last 10 mins with it on. I decided to shop for another one and came across this and gave it a shot. I’m so happy with this purchase, it’s comfortable and breathable and is easy to workout with. I started with a large 9 weeks later I was in a medium, and after three weeks of having the medium I’m on the last notch. In a few more weeks I plan to come back to order a small. I was able to drop down in sizes since I incorporate weight training and cardio. If your looking for comfortably look no further. I just wish I came across this months earlier.
