Disappointed
Nothing like I expected.

Initially fun and exciting; actually flimsy and risky.
The child needs a wide open space and soft cushion to fall on; the toy is not sturdy because the attachment between the handlebars and the footrest is a cord, not a stick. The handlebars need to be held stiff against the players' body or the whole toy falls to the ground

3 year old does not approve
Our 3 year old wanted a pogo stick of his own after his older brother got one for Christmas. Still to small to use a regular size stick i searched for a more toddler friendly one. This seemed to check all of the boxes..until he tried to use it. It's very awkward for him and very hard to even get off the ground with..and he is VERY active and coordinated. He's tried several times to get some air on this like his big bro but it's definitely a no-go. I wouldn't recommend... and one last thing, who's bright idea was it to put a squeaker in the bottom?! This is a headache waiting to happen given your child can get it off the ground.

3 year-old grandson likes it.
We gave one to our grandson for his third birthday. To my surprise, he learned how to use it fairly quickly. Typical 3 year-old, he loves the bouncing and the squeaking. It's pretty much harmless to floors and furniture. Kids will fall quite a bit using it, but so far it's all been harmless fun and laughing. This particular child is big and somewhat athletic for 3. He could not have operated it several months ago and for some kids it will probably be more appropriate for age 4 or 5. At $20, it's fairly cheap fun and entertainment. Can't speak to its durability yet, but that would depend on rate of use and the size of kids using it.So far, I'd recommend it given my caveats above - 3.5 to 4 stars.

3 Year Old Loves It!
3-year old grandson loved this gift. Took him about 30 minutes to get the hang of it but once he figured out how to balance and jump, he was having a great time. Blinking lights on handle-holds make it more fun. Red color is bright. A great toy with simple, thoughtful design. The foam block they jump on is very dense and appropriate. I will say, however, that I felt the photo appeared to show a rigid "bar" on which the horizontal handle-holds are attached, when in fact it is not rigid, but more of a thick, elastic but sturdy material that is safer and more appropriate for the young kids. No worries about them falling on a rigid vertical bar and injuring their faces.Your child will love this - we had to shoo away the older kids who thought it was a great toy, but obviously out of the intended age range.
