Great quality
Initially, I was somewhat skeptical about the idea of ordering an off-brand ink replacement for my printer. I had my doubts about the quality and reliability of using a product that wasn't manufactured by the original brand. Now, looking back, I can confidently say that I'm very glad I made that decision. Blame printer manufacturer and firmware version, not cartridge
Firmware updates on Epsom WF printers have been known for years. My printer is several years old and fortunately I learned from experience to disable firmware updates on all Epsom products. In the case of the workforce printers the firmware updates prevent you from using 3rd party / remanufactured cartridges. Don't blame the cartridge, BLAME EPSOM! It would be nice if the cartridge sellers would state they only work on firmware version xxxxxxxx.For this reason I don't recommend Epsom printers.

Very Vibrant Colors
This is the best ink for the Epson WF-7820 printer. I've tried to use the generic/non-name brand but my printer rejected it. The colors are so vibrant and crisp.
